Pho Valley Menu & What to Order The menu covers comforting Vietnamese mainstays alongside popular Southeast Asian street snacks. The classic Rare Beef and Beef Ball Pho features a comforting, star-anise-scented beef broth poured over tender rare steak ribbons and rice noodles. For deeper, braised flavors, the Bo Kho delivers chunks of slow-cooked beef shank and carrots in a rich, lemongrass-scented tomato-gravy broth paired with rice noodles or warm baguette. Dry-dish favorites include the savory Grilled Lemongrass Beef Short Ribs over jasmine rice, paired with fresh shrimp salad rolls or crispy crab rangoon.

Know Before You Go Pho Valley operates Monday through Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Seating is communal throughout the Village by the Grange food court concourse, with plenty of tables available even during peak university lunch hours. St. Patrick subway station is a short two-block walk east along Dundas Street West, and the 505 Dundas streetcar stops right outside.
