Vietnamese phin-drip coffee culture comes to the Junction with this specialty cafe that opened in February 2026. Phin & Go is built around the traditional Vietnamese slow-brew method — coffee dripped through a small metal phin filter, one cup at a time — and expands the format into a full menu of Vietnamese-inspired beverages and food.
The coffee menu goes deep: classic phin drip with condensed milk, egg coffee (ca phe trung), pandan coffee, coconut coffee, and a range of milk teas and boba drinks. Salted cream foam and condensed milk are signature toppings that show up across the menu. On the food side, banh mi sandwiches and Vietnamese desserts round out the offering.
It's a welcome addition to the Junction's already strong cafe scene, bringing a distinctly different coffee tradition to a neighbourhood that knows its way around a good cup. Available for dine-in and delivery via Uber Eats.
