PG Clucks

What is PG Clucks? Tucked into a compact 200-square-foot counter on College Street in Little Italy, PG Clucks is a landmark fried chicken window established by chef Pawel Grezlikowski. The stripped-back storefront operates entirely on a grab-and-go format with zero indoor seating, funneling sidewalk queues directly to a single order counter.

PG Clucks Menu & What to Order The kitchen debones fresh halal chicken daily, soaking it in a 24-hour herb brine and buttermilk marinade before double-dredging and frying each piece to order. The Jalapeño & Honey sandwich is the house signature, layering honey-dipped fried thigh with fermented pepper sauce, sweet pickled jalapeños, and cool ranch on a plush potato bun. For traditionalists, the Classic sandwich with crunchy vinegar slaw delivers balanced acidity, and pairing either with crispy seasoned fries or scratch-made banana pudding completes the order.

Know Before You Go Service is strictly walk-in and takeout, with no reservations and inevitable sidewalk queues during peak dinner windows and weekend rushes. Street parking along College is notoriously competitive, making the 506 Carlton streetcar to Manning Avenue the most efficient transit route. Note that orders are fried strictly on demand, so plan for a 10-to-15-minute wait curbside after placing your ticket.
