Peaceful Restaurant Menu & What to Order Chef Huang's menu focuses on bold Northern Chinese, Sichuan, and Xi'an flavours built around hand-pulled noodles and scratch-made pastry. The non-negotiable order is the signature Peaceful Beef Rolls—thinly sliced five-spice beef and sweet hoisin wrapped in a hot, blistered green onion flatbread. Pair that with a bowl of nutty, chili-laced Dan Dan noodles, steaming baskets of thin-skinned pork Xiao Long Bao, and a blistered pile of Sichuan string beans loaded with minced pork and crisp garlic.
