What is Pasan? Located at 526 Richmond Street East in Toronto's historic Corktown neighbourhood, PASAN (Prisoners HIV/AIDS Support Action Network) is a grassroots community health, social justice, and harm reduction organization. Operating from a dedicated community hub, the center provides healthcare navigation, institutional advocacy, and vital food security programs for incarcerated and formerly incarcerated individuals, people living with HIV/HCV, and their families across the city.

Pasan Menu & What to Order While not a commercial eatery, PASAN operates targeted, compassionate community food security initiatives to address systemic nutrition barriers. The core service is the weekly "Essentials Market," where community members access fresh fruits, vegetables, and shelf-stable dry pantry staples. Through their "Food for Life" initiative, the team coordinates prepared meal packages and emergency nutrition hampers tailored to dietary needs, providing wholesome nourishment alongside comprehensive community wellness resources.

Know Before You Go PASAN's community offices are open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and closed on weekends. The center is easily reached by transit via the 501 Queen streetcar or the 504 King streetcar stopping at Parliament and Richmond.
