Conceived by the team behind the original Bloor Street wine bar alongside winemaker Dave Everitt, the converted warehouse features stainless steel fermentation tanks, warm wooden fixtures, and a leafy backyard garden patio.

Paradise Winery Menu & What to Order The drinks lineup spotlights low-intervention, wild-fermented wines crushed and vinified on-site using Niagara Peninsula and Prince Edward County fruit, flanked by local craft beers and aperitifs. To pair, the kitchen dishes out a sharp selection of wine-friendly snacks, artisanal cheese boards, tinned fish with crusty bread, and succulent rotisserie chicken served with punchy house sauces. Sip through their cloudy pet-nats or skin-contact orange pours alongside light seasonal vegetable plates that let the wine's natural acidity pop.

Know Before You Go Seating is predominantly casual walk-in service where guests order directly at the bar before grabbing a table indoors or outside.
