Located within the Kitchen Hub facility at 1121 Castlefield Avenue in the design district of Briar Hill-Belgravia, this outpost of Chef Nuit and Jeff Regular's celebrated PAI Northern Thai Kitchen brings award-winning northern Thai street food to central and midtown Toronto. Operating as a streamlined ghost kitchen and dedicated pickup counter, it allows diners in midtown, North York, and West Toronto to enjoy Chef Nuit's regional Thai recipes without travelling downtown to the flagship Duncan Street dining room.

Pai Menu & What to Order The kitchen prepares the full roster of PAI's most iconic dishes using authentic Thai ingredients and family recipes. The essential order is Chef Nuit's Khao Soi, a rich golden coconut curry broth loaded with egg noodles, tender braised beef or chicken, pickled mustard greens, shallots, lime, and crispy fried noodles. Heat lovers should order the fiery Pad Gra Prow, stir-fried minced pork or chicken with fragrant holy basil and bird's eye chilies topped with a crispy fried egg. Other staples include the classic tamarind-sauced PAI Pad Thai, aromatic Green Curry with bamboo shoots, and Sweet Mango Sticky Rice for dessert.

Know Before You Go This Castlefield location operates exclusively for takeout, curbside pickup, and on-demand delivery via Kitchen Hub and major ordering apps; there is no dine-in table service on-site. Operating hours begin at 4:00 p.m. Monday through Wednesday, and at 11:00 a.m. Thursday through Sunday. Free on-site parking is available directly outside the Kitchen Hub entrance off Castlefield Avenue.
