Overpressure Club Menu & What to Order The cocktail program revolves around carbonated, clarified draft pours alongside precision Japanese whisky highballs served over carved ice spears. Start with the Tobermory Trail, an herbaceous mix of gin, mastiha, dry vermouth, clarified citrus, and cedar mist, or opt for a silky Freezer Martini. On the food side, the kitchen delivers exceptional izakaya-style shareables, led by twelve-hour slow-cooked pork jowl glazed in yuzu and kecap manis, crispy chicken karaage with preserved lemon slaw, and nori-glazed king oyster mushrooms for vegetarians.
