Orchard Kitchen Menu & What to Order The kitchen specializes in customizable warm plates alongside bright, produce-heavy bowls and sandwiches. Standout orders include the slow-cooked braised beef cheek plate and the deeply spiced adobo chicken, both customizable with roasted market vegetables, wholesome grains, and house dressings. For plant-based and seafood lovers, the vegetarian ceviche bowl with mango, purple yam, and Andean corn in house tiger's milk is exceptionally fresh, especially when paired with an antioxidant fruit refresher.
