Created under the ongoing advisory of Michelin titans Christian Le Squer and Masaki Saito, daily service in the minimalist room is orchestrated by Chef Hiroki Aikawa. Guests are seated side by side at an intimate 11-seat blond wood counter with theatrical spotlights focused intently on the pass.

Onze Menu & What to Order The nightly offering unfolds across eleven distinct movements that bridge rigorous French sauce work with Japanese restraint and Ontario farm produce. Signature courses frequently incorporate chilled vichyssoise paired with cucumber sorbet and sea urchin, Japanese fruit tomato layered with French caviar, and Nova Scotia lobster kissed with dashi jelly. The sommelier-curated wine pairing is an essential companion for those looking to explore rare vintages and terroir-driven pours alongside the seafood-forward progression. Note that due to the synchronized nature of the counter, strict dietary accommodations must be arranged well ahead of time.

Know Before You Go Reservations are required via Tock and open daily at 10:00 a.m. for rolling dates 30 days ahead; walk-ins are non-existent. Because each evening begins as a synchronized, communal seating, prompt arrival is strictly enforced—tardiness forfeits both your seat and your prepaid deposit. Street parking is available along Avenue Road, and the restaurant operates from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday.
