One Academy (Leslieville)

One Academy’s original industrial floor is still Leslieville: 858 Eastern Avenue, HiFLUX® class blocks (Warrior, Everest, strength and hybrid), a late-policy that is real, and a two-week trial on oneacademylife.com. Founders Jesse Bruce, Eric Vieira, and Paulo Salomao built it as an OCR-and-conditioning room; sister clubs now sit in Etobicoke, downtown, and Ottawa. Daily hours are not posted on the official homepage : book in the One Academy app (windows open three days out) or call the Leslieville line (647) 245-8544. First-timers: the two-week trial is the published on-ramp; start on a strength class before Warrior. This is membership and class-pack territory, not a 24-hour open gym. Five minutes late and you miss it. Towel service and showers are part of the room. Downtown OA is the overflow if Eastern is slammed; this list is Leslieville.
