Obispo Menu & What to Order The culinary offerings break away from typical airport convenience fare by focusing on high-quality Spanish ingredients and balanced small plates. Morning fliers enjoy the Smoked Salmon & Cream Cheese Toast or warm Artisan Breakfast Flatbreads alongside espresso. Travelers departing later in the day can savor the Spanish Jamon & Manchego Baguette, an energizing Mediterranean Grain Bowl with feta and fresh greens, or share a Curated Spanish Tapas Platter featuring imported olives, cured meats, and cheeses, accompanied by a fresh pint of local Ontario craft beer or a signature pre-flight cocktail.

Know Before You Go Bar Obispo is situated airside in the departures terminal, meaning it is accessible exclusively to ticketed passengers who have cleared airport security. The bar opens early at 5:30 a.m. Monday through Saturday (6:00 a.m. on Sunday) to accommodate early-bird commuter flights. Takeout containers are designed to be easily carried onto the aircraft.
