North Spirit Distillery Menu & What to Order The distillery’s flagship spirit is The Distiller’s House Vodka, distilled multiple times from select Canadian grains for an exceptionally smooth, crisp finish. Gin lovers can sample the NSD Dry Gin, vapour-infused with juniper, citrus peel, and coriander, or the richer Royal Bathtub Gin featuring aromatic botanical notes. For aged spirits, try the BOA Dark Rum, aged in charred oak barrels to develop rich notes of vanilla, toasted caramel, and dried fruit. Tasting flights allow guests to sample three distinct spirit pours alongside curated charcuterie boards laden with artisanal cured meats and local cheeses.
