The no-frills, counter-service stall has fueled generations of office workers and City Hall commuters with lightning-fast, steaming bowls of Cantonese soup noodles. There is no formal dining room here; patrons order at the stainless-steel counter and grab an open table in the retro underground food court or take their meals to go.

Noodle King Menu & What to Order The ordering system is straightforward and deeply customizable: pick a noodle base, a broth, and a generous heap of Cantonese proteins. The spicy beef brisket ho fun is an enduring favourite, piling meltingly tender, star-anise-braised beef and crisp bok choy over silky flat rice noodles in a rich, peppery broth.
