Regulars also flock here on weekends for collaborative small-batch treats like Lolo Ben's biko—a sticky sweet coconut rice cake drizzled with caramelized latik syrup. Know Before You Go The Victoria Park location operates Wednesday through Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
