At the dedicated brew bar, watch baristas prepare Japanese Siphon Brewed Coffee, utilizing vacuum glass globes and halogen heat to extract nuanced floral notes from single-origin beans. The pastry program is led by their signature Matcha & Azuki Neo Roll Cake, rolled with delicate Kyoto green tea sponge, fresh cream, and sweet red bean paste.
