Mix Bistro Bar

What is Mix Bistro Bar? Situated inside the Hyatt Regency at 370 King Street West, Mix Bistro Bar functions as an airy street-level perch overlooking Wellington Place and the King West strip. Designed with sleek high-top counters, polished woods, and casual lounge seating facing the street, it offers an approachable gathering space for both downtown professionals and theatregoers.

Mix Bistro Bar Menu & What to Order The kitchen focuses on dependable bistro fare, shareable tapas, and approachable comfort food. Reliable orders include the smoked turkey club stacked on toasted sourdough with applewood bacon, freshly baked gourmet thin-crust pizzas, and crispy calamari with smoked chipotle aioli. Wash it down with a well-shaken French martini or a rotating Ontario craft draft, with vegetarian flatbreads and crisp house salads available for plant-forward diners.

Know Before You Go Tables operate on a casual walk-in basis, though seats fill quickly in the early evening before curtain call at the Princess of Wales Theatre and Royal Alexandra Theatre. The 504 King streetcar stops just steps away at King and Peter, and valet and underground garage parking are accessible through the hotel. The bar operates seven days a week from 11:00 a.m. to midnight, serving through lunch, afternoon work sessions, and late-night drinks.
