Milou Menu & What to Order Kim adapts classic bistro cooking into clever, craveable dishes, led by the cult-favourite beef stroganoff sando loaded with shaved beef tongue, Swiss cheese, and crunchy hickory sticks. Evening mains deliver on traditional benchmarks like rich duck confit, steak tartare, French onion soup with bubbling Gruyère, and crisp steak frites.
