Mexhico Menu & What to Order The kitchen moves well beyond standard taqueria fare to emphasize regional depth and meticulous plating. Start with the standout sope con tuétano—an earthy blue corn base layered with savory beans and rich roasted bone marrow—or a bubbling cast-iron skillet of queso fundido with chorizo. For main courses, order the smoky pulpo zarandeado served over refried beans and pickled onions, or the comforting chicken enchiladas suizas gratinéed with chihuahua cheese in house-made salsa verde.
