Melrick's Menu & What to Order Every morning begins with warm bags of Pandesal—soft, subtly sweet yeast rolls dusted in breadcrumbs, widely considered some of the finest in the city. The pastry counter shines with Ube Ensaymada, brioche spirals brushed with butter, grated cheese, and purple yam filling, alongside chewy Cassava Cake and coconut Pan De Coco.
