Maven Menu & What to Order The meal begins imperatively with the warm, golden-brown Braided Challah Buns accompanied by cultured butter and the velvety Chicken Liver Mousse offset by tart huckleberry preserve. The crowning entree is the Pastrami-Crusted Beef Short Rib, brined, smoked, and braised until meltingly tender and served alongside house pickles and sharp mustardjus.
