Mandy’s Gourmet Salads operates its fifth Toronto location within the historic Distillery District at 359 Front Street East. Founded by sisters Mandy and Rebecca Wolfe, the fast-casual brand began in Montreal before expanding nationally. Known for its distinct aesthetic, the 1,900-square-foot space features 30-foot high ceilings, custom wallpaper created specifically for the site, antique furnishings, and restored city lamp posts brought indoors alongside lighting from Stray Dog Designs and Tom Dixon. The environment blends maximalist design with community-oriented dining in one of the city's prominent historical zones.
First-time visitors can expect an extensive menu featuring signature creations like the Cobb salad, the Best Chicken Caesar, grain bowls, soups, and smoothies, alongside a morning breakfast selection of egg bites, yogurt parfaits, and chia pudding. The location provides roughly 30 indoor seats and a seasonal 15-seat patio for warmer months. Diners can order counter-service style for quick lunches or take-out while exploring the pedestrian-only neighbourhood. Prices generally reflect upscale fast-casual positioning, and the vibrant, highly visual interior makes it a popular spot for casual meetups and daytime foot traffic.
