Love Park’s off-leash is the new downtown waterfront yard: a designated OLA in the north-east corner of the two-acre park at York and Queens Quay, opened with the park in June 2023 and still on the 2026 GIS layer (unlit). Waterfront Toronto’s project page puts the dog area specifically in that north-east portion so the heart-shaped pool and paths can stay a people park. Owned by the City and run by Parks, Forestry and Recreation. Because it was built after the current design guidance, expect a fully enclosed yard rather than an honour-system lawn. Address: 96 Queens Quay West. Skip Canoe Landing’s still-labelled temporary/seasonal OLA and come here instead.
