Taking over the historic Swan Restaurant room at 892 Queen Street West near Trinity Bellwoods, restaurateur Jen Agg transformed the heritage counter space into an intimate, art-deco French diner. The long, narrow dining room glows under low pendant lighting, framed by burgundy booths, nostalgic wood panelling, and a classic diner lunch counter. It effortlessly blurs the line between a laid-back neighbourhood watering hole and a candlelit Parisian bistro.

Le Swan Menu & What to Order The menu is playfully split in two columns: classic French bistro fare on the left and American diner staples on the right. Standouts include the smoked trout rillette over potato blini topped with caviar, the signature tuna melt sporting a crisp cheese skirt, and Denver-cut steak frites slathered in herb butter. Balance the savoury side with cheddar-stuffed corn dogs or communal fondue, then close out dinner with a malted milkshake or Bananas Foster paired with a low-intervention French wine.
