Kajiken Menu & What to Order Every bowl centers on thick, chewy house-made noodles dressed in a concentrated seasoning tare and aromatic oils instead of a traditional soup broth. The signature Homura Aburasoba is the must-order: a deeply savoury toss of spicy minced pork, bamboo shoots, seaweed, niboshi fish powder, and an egg yolk meant to be mixed vigorously within seconds of arrival. For something richer, the Nikumori Aburasoba heaps on extra pork belly, while the Roast Beef Aburasoba brings a decadent swirl of onion sauce and yogurt.
