What is KŌST? Perched on the 44th floor of the Bisha Hotel at 80 Blue Jays Way, KŌST delivers a sun-drenched, Baja Peninsula-inspired rooftop escape high above the Entertainment District. Designed by Studio Munge, the room is dressed in bleached oak, woven rattan, and ivory marble, framed by floor-to-ceiling windows and a wraparound outdoor terrace that hugs an infinity pool with unobstructed CN Tower views. Dining options range from intimate indoor banquettes and a sleek marble cocktail bar to breezy open-air poolside tables.

KŌST Menu & What to Order Executive Chef Sung Won Hwang's menu revolves around bright, coastal California and Mexican flavours with seafood at the centre. Kick off the meal with the citrus-cured tuna ceviche with plantain chips, or the crisp fried calamari tossed with tajín and blistered shishito peppers.
