Jules Bistro Menu & What to Order The kitchen sticks resolutely to rustic French bistro staples done with time-tested consistency. Start with the rich French onion soup capped with bubbling Gruyère or the escargots simmered in a mushroom and brandy cream sauce. The undisputed star of the room is the 24-ounce Côte de Bœuf for two, served properly carved alongside a towering mound of crisp frites and a Dijon-dressed green salad. Pair your steak with an affordable carafe of house Côtes du Rhône, and finish with a crackling vanilla bean crème brûlée.
