Juice

What is Juice? Occupying the northern stretch of Ossington Avenue near College Street, Juice is an inventive multi-disciplinary venue conceived by Ashley Costa and Dylan. Designed in collaboration with SHEEEP Studio and Studio AC, the minimalist room runs as an airy espresso counter and boutique hair studio by day before flipping into a low-lit natural wine bar and DJ lounge by night. Seating centers on a sleek bar counter indoors paired with casual sidewalk bench perches along the avenue during warmer months.

Juice Menu & What to Order The drinks lineup focuses on low-intervention winemaking, pouring rotating biodynamic labels, skin-contact orange wines, and fizzy pét-nats alongside bottled gems like Tuscan Flower Power rosé. As the lights dim, the bar pours clean, dialed-in cocktails alongside chilled vermouths, local craft beers, and spirit-forward staples like a sharp mezcal paloma or a rich espresso martini pulled from their daytime coffee beans. During the day, patrons drop by for velvety cortados, refreshing cold ginger teas, and a curated retail bottle shop.

Know Before You Go The bar and cafe operate entirely on a walk-in basis, while salon appointments must be booked in advance online. Nights from Thursday to Saturday draw an eclectic creative crowd as guest DJs take over the decks late into the evening. The space is steps from the 506 Carlton streetcar and the 63 Ossington bus, making public transit far easier than finding street parking.
