Conceived by Joan and Colin Hunter, the multi-level venue centers on an intimate performance stage anchored by "Red Pops," a custom scarlet Steinway Model B grand piano. The room exudes classic supper-club ambiance with rich mahogany tones, low warm lighting, and sightlines spread across the main dining room, mezzanine bar rails, and a seasonal third-floor rooftop patio.

Jazz Bistro Menu & What to Order The kitchen turns out polished bistro fare engineered to be enjoyed over a performance. Kick off the evening with the rich prawn and andouille étouffée or a shared artisan cheese and charcuterie board loaded with house crisps and preserves. For mains, the pan-seared red snapper and grilled striploin are reliable crowd-pleasers, while the handcrafted gnocchi provides a solid plant-based option.
