There is no patio or cocktail bar here—just an authentic dining room engineered for solo diners and soup lovers.

Jangteo Gukbap Menu & What to Order The kitchen specializes in slow-simmered, milky bone broths served piping hot in earthenware ttukbaegi bowls. First-timers should zero in on the signature dwaeji gukbap (tender sliced pork stew) or the gelatinous someori gukbap (ox head soup), each seasoned at the table with salted shrimp, crushed perilla seeds, and spicy dadaegi. A side order of suyook (boiled pork slices served over sweet onions) and house-made fermented kkakdugi radish kimchi is mandatory, best washed down with a cold bottle of soju. While exceptional for meat and offal enthusiasts, the broth-centric menu offers virtually no vegan or halal modifications.
