Insadong Menu & What to Order The kitchen shines brightest with its slow-simmered soups, anchored by a rich, deeply spiced Gamjatang (pork bone soup) with tender, fall-apart meat and potatoes. Order the Dolsot Bibimbap for an audible sizzle and crispy rice crust loaded with seasoned vegetables, beef, and a fried egg, or opt for the sweet-savory marinated Galbi short ribs.
