Hero Tea

What is Hero Tea? Located on Yonge Street in the vibrant Downtown core, Hero Tea, known locally as 英歌魂, introduces Torontonians to 'Tide Kungfu Tea' – a sophisticated blend of ancient Chinese Oolong tea traditions with contemporary preparation and an eye for modern aesthetics. This is not your average bubble tea shop; it's a purveyor of meticulously crafted beverages, focusing on quality ingredients from their own ecological tea gardens.

Hero Tea Menu & What to Order Hero Tea distinguishes itself by prioritizing original leaf tea, eschewing 'leftovers' in favour of fresh, organic milk and seasonal fruits. Their commitment extends to a rigorous four-hour on-site brewing method ensuring optimal flavour. Don't miss their signature 'Jasmine Oolong tea base', a house pioneer made with Fuzhou jasmine and oolong, or the unique 'Jiaoluoqian' topping, a sweet rice confection from Chaoshan areas that adds an unexpected textural delight. These innovative concentrated tea liquid technologies ensure consistency across their nuanced menu.

Know Before You Go As is typical for bubble tea establishments, Hero Tea operates on a walk-in-only basis, so expect a casual atmosphere rather than a formal dining experience. Given its Downtown location, it's best to plan for transit as parking can be scarce. While specific operating hours are not available, anticipate standard bubble tea shop hours, making it an ideal stop for a refreshing drink throughout the day.
