Hanoi Bites

What is Hanoi Bites? Hanoi Bites, situated within the bustling Waterworks Food Hall at 499 Richmond St W, brings the unvarnished taste of Northern Vietnamese cuisine to Wellington Place. This fast-casual counter focuses on tradition, offering a genuine culinary perspective that’s often overlooked, all within the food hall's communal setting.

Hanoi Bites Menu & What to Order The menu here champions authentic Northern Vietnamese fare with a modern touch. The 'Bún Chả Bowl', featuring flame-torched Ontario pork over vermicelli, is a true standout, capturing the dish's smoky, savoury essence. Don't miss the 'Pork Sizzler Banh Mi', a triumph of Ontario-raised pork belly and loin marinated in a 10-ingredient house sauce, spread with traditional pâté and house pickles on a ghee-toasted baguette. The 'Chicken Sizzler Banh Mi' offers a lighter, yet equally flavourful, alternative, while the 'Sizzler Duo Banh Mi' provides the best of both worlds. Pair any meal with their robust 'Vietnamese Iced Coffee' for an authentic kick.
