Functioning primarily as a takeout hub and quick-service kitchen for nearby residents, commuters, and hotel guests, the setup is straightforward with basic ordering counters and takeout-focused flow.

Grub Haul Menu & What to Order The compact kitchen focuses on heavy-hitting American comfort fare, spotlighting smashed patties, griddled sandwiches, and loaded fried sides. The crowd favorite is the Smashed Burger Grilled Cheese, which mashes seared beef patties with melted cheddar, sharp pickles, and house secret sauce between butter-toasted bread.
