Grange Park’s off-leash is the downtown yard behind the Art Gallery of Ontario: a designated OLA added in the 2017 revitalization, with GIS still listing it (lit) south of Dundas. Wikipedia and the City both note the off-leash as a designed feature of the rebuilt park, alongside the Weston fountain, splash pad, and Henry Moore’s Large Two Forms. Stay in the signed dog area — the playground and splash pad are not it. OCAD’s tabletop building and the Grange itself frame the lawn. A genuine downtown option that is not a condo-amenity afterthought. 109 Grange Road / north end of John Street.
