Graination Menu & What to Order The focused coffee programme revolves around meticulously sourced single-origin beans roasted by Markham’s Hatch Crafted. Pour-overs take centre stage—baristas invite you to take in the dry aroma of the grounds before extraction, coaxing out bright profiles ranging from red berries to muskmelon and floral lavender.
