Run by veteran restaurateurs Amy and Yummy Tan, the Scarborough stalwart caters to multi-generational family feasts with large round tables, padded banquet seating, and a retail stand stocked with imported Southeast Asian snacks.

Gourmet Malaysia Menu & What to Order The sprawling menu traverses Malaysian, Singaporean, and Indonesian standards with full halal certification and extensive vegetarian options. Start with the flaky, layered roti canai served alongside fragrant chicken or beef curry gravy, followed by a plate of Penang char kway teow laden with shrimp and deep wok hei. Other standouts include the coconut-rich Singapore laksa soup, slow-braised beef rendang, and sambal belacan green beans, best paired with a sweetened iced teh tarik.

Know Before You Go Given the massive floor plan, walk-ins are seated quickly on most weekdays, but prime weekend dinner hours draw large celebratory groups that can fill the main hall.
