Conceived in Gangnam by fashion marketer Bang Geon-hyuk alongside his veteran restaurateur parents, the space pairs clean-lined minimalism and bright lighting with compact dining tables and banquettes. It brings a polished, design-forward sensibility to Korean seafood traditions that were previously rare to encounter in the downtown core.

Gebang Sikdang Menu & What to Order The undisputed main event is the Ganjang Gejang, featuring whole raw crab cured in an umami-rich soy marinade with luscious orange roe designed to be scooped over warm rice and wrapped in roasted seaweed. Spice enthusiasts should order the fiery Yangnyeom Gejang or the Crab Roe Bibimbap for an intensely flavourful, low-effort bowl layered with sesame oil and egg yolk.
