Foxley’s unassuming Ossington dining room hides a vine-covered back patio that Foodism still listed among the 2026 must-visits: pan-Asian share plates, sake or a bottle of wine, hanging lights, and none of the Bellwoods queue. Tom Thai’s room has been the quiet counterweight to the strip for years. Tuesday–Thursday 5–10:30 p.m.; Friday–Saturday 5–11 p.m.; Sunday 5–10 p.m.; closed Monday. Book on Resy.
