Foxies Bakeshop

What is Foxies Bakeshop? Perched on Mount Pleasant Rd, Foxies Bakeshop, founded by sisters Carly and Jessica, is a vibrant pink beacon specializing in outrageously oversized and stuffed cookies. What began as a home-based operation has blossomed into a charming, bubblegum-pink brick-and-mortar shop designed for cheerful counter pickup and takeaway, not extended sit-down dining.

Foxies Bakeshop Menu & What to Order Foxies' menu is a sugary paradise, focusing on their signature stuffed cookies. You'll want to grab the 'Nutella Gusher Stuffed Cookie' for an indulgent burst, or perhaps the comforting 'Cinnamon Snickerdoodle Stuffed Cookie'. Their 'White Chocolate Pumpkin Cheesecake Stuffed Cookie' offers a seasonal twist, while the 'Campfire S'mores Cookie Cake' makes for a show-stopping treat. Don't overlook the 'Skor Butter Tart' for a Canadian classic done right.
