Foodshare Toronto

What is Foodshare Toronto? Located at 120 Industry Street (Unit C) in Brookhaven-Amesbury, FoodShare Toronto serves as the headquarters and distribution engine for one of the city's foremost food justice organizations rather than a traditional dine-in restaurant. The sprawling industrial facility accommodates an active commercial commissary kitchen, produce packing floor, and communal educational spaces. The space is purposefully designed for bulk food redistribution, urban agricultural initiatives, and grassroots culinary workshops rather than sit-down dining.

Foodshare Toronto Menu & What to Order Instead of a standard à la carte menu, FoodShare provides fresh nourishment across the GTA through curated produce boxes, wholesale distribution, and neighbourhood pop-up markets. Popular options include the Staples Box stocked with everyday essentials like onions, carrots, and apples, alongside large organic produce crates and culturally diverse greens and root vegetables. The licensed commercial kitchen also supports emerging local food creators and culinary collectives crafting prepared foods and specialty pantry items.

Know Before You Go As an administrative and production facility rather than a walk-in café or bistro, table reservations do not apply. Visitors attending pre-arranged workshops, commissary bookings, or administrative appointments must note that the facility is strictly scent-free. The location is accessible via the 71B bus from Runnymede Station, with free street parking available along Industry Street.
