Fairgrounds Rosehill is the Yonge–St. Clair pocket club at 1375 Yonge St (Toronto M4T 1Y4): a tighter Midtown footprint (official materials list on the order of five pickleball courts plus padel) that trades warehouse scale for transit convenience. Best when you want a shorter TTC hop from downtown than Caledonia or Carl Hall and can live with fewer courts. Arrive for off-peak open play if you hate waiting.
