Eva’s Daily Cafe Menu & What to Order The kitchen leans heavily on traditional, slow-simmered dishes and rotating hot specials made fresh daily. Go for the hearty moussaka, rich beef stew, or the roast duck with orzo, and don't overlook bakery staples like flaky hand-rolled spanakopita and tender cabbage rolls.
