Ethica Coffee Roasters Menu & What to Order The rotating drink program focuses strictly on single-origin roasts rather than generic blends, turning out meticulously dialed-in pour-overs, bright AeroPress brews, and velvety flat whites crafted with whole milk from Sheldon Creek Dairy. Non-coffee drinkers can order ceremonial-grade matcha sourced from Hokusan, available with dairy-free oat alternatives and house-made syrups. To eat, the pastry counter features fresh, flaky almond croissants and baked goods supplied daily by Bakery Pompette.
