Rather than functioning as a standard walk-in restaurant, the facility serves as a state-of-the-art kitchen where high-end private dinners, corporate functions, interactive masterclasses, and tasting series are developed and staged. The space is engineered purely for serious culinary preparation, client tastings, and private culinary event operations.

Elle Cuisine Menu & What to Order Chef Mozer anchors her event menus in classical French technique while folding in vibrant global flavours and Ontario farm produce. Standouts from their sit-down and tasting repertoires include rich truffle mushroom risotto, tender braised short ribs, and bright Peruvian-style ceviche.
