Ehwa Menu & What to Order The kitchen turns out craveable anju (drinking snacks) built to complement carafes of flavoured soju and cold pints. The standout crowd-pleaser is the Truffle Pork Belly Chilli Cream Pasta, an unctuous mashup of gochujang heat, truffle oil, and tender grilled pork. Pair that with the Ssagaji Dak for a tour of four distinct Korean fried chicken seasonings, a steaming cauldron of Army Soup (Budae Jjigae) loaded with spam and noodles, or the chewy, sweet-and-sour Injeolmi Tangsuyuk.

Know Before You Go Ehwa operates seven days a week from 5:30 p.m. until 3:00 a.m., with the kitchen taking last call at 1:30 a.m. Direct online reservations are recommended for larger parties, though walk-ins can usually be accommodated with short waits before the peak midnight rush. The restaurant sits two minutes on foot from Wellesley Station, making the TTC by far the best way to travel.
