Earl Bales is the North York destination park with a designated off-leash: GIS lists a lit OLA on the Bathurst Street campus, which also holds a ski centre, amphitheatre, and big lawns. The 2021 study treated it as fenced. This is the list’s northern counterweight — you come here when downtown yards feel small. Parking is in the park; Bathurst buses run the west edge. Keep the dog in the signed OLA; the ski hill and ravine are not an extra off-leash.
