Official dutchdreams.ca sells house cones and pancake-waffle recipes made in-house, kosher flavours built on fresh cream, and a board that runs from Cotton Candy and Grapenut to Drake’s Chocolate Peanut Butter and Toronto Traffic Jam. The room is decorated to the rafters, fills fast on warm nights, and is as much a neighbourhood hang as a scoop shop. First-timers: Cotton Candy if you want the Instagram cone; Grapenut or French Vanilla if you came for classic dairy.
