Dumpling Restaurant Menu & What to Order The main draw is the extensive roster of made-to-order dumplings, served in batches of up to fourteen and ordered either steamed or pan-fried with golden, crisp bottoms. The classic chives, egg, pork, and shrimp dumplings remain the gold standard, closely followed by the juicy lamb and aromatic pork and fennel fillings.
