Druxy's Famous Deli

What is Druxy's Famous Deli? Anchored inside the bustling complex at 777 Bay Street, this outpost of the enduring Canadian quick-service chain keeps the downtown workforce fueled on classic Jewish-style deli staples. The setup is straightforward fast-casual: an efficient order counter turning out freshly carved sandwiches in disposable packaging alongside limited cafeteria-style tables designed for speed over lingering.

Druxy's Famous Deli Menu & What to Order The main draw remains the DRUXY'S Famous Corned Beef on Rye, piled with thinly sliced, spiced beef and served with the requisite dill pickle, coleslaw, and a bag of Miss Vickie's kettle chips. The melted Swiss cheese and sauerkraut of the Reuben offer reliable comfort, while the tender Roast Brisket of Beef provides a heartier, savoury fix. Those looking beyond cured meats can pivot to the Albacore Tuna Salad or a warming cup of beef chili, but the classic hot sandwich counter is where the kitchen earns its keep.

Know Before You Go Operating strictly on a walk-in basis, the counter sees intense midday lines as government and hospital district workers converge for lunch, though orders move swiftly. It operates on a weekday schedule from early morning through late afternoon, making it ideal for a quick breakfast bagel or midday takeout steps from College subway station.
